As featured in the Taiwanese Christian Tribune, and appeared on Philharmonic Radio Taipei, Taichung Classical Radio, Good News Radio, and Taipei Bravo FM.

As the founder and conductor of the Chamber Philharmonic Taipei and Bach Choir, Wilbur is an active Taiwanese musician currently residing in Indiana, United States. His recent highlights include assisting Andrew Manze with Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, assisting Fusao Kajima with National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra, and directing Chamber Philharmonic Taipei's Bach Series. He has also conducted the Cadaques Orchestra, Academy of Taiwan Strings, Taipei Philharmonic, Army Band of Taiwan, and MAV Symphony Orchestra of Budapest in public performances, competitions, and masterclasses. Upon finishing his master’s degree from UK's Royal Northern College of Music as recipient of Lord Rhodes Scholarship, he is currently a doctoral conducting student at Indiana University.


Wilbur performs regularly with the Chamber Philharmonic Taipei and ensembles based in Indiana where he resides.


Wilbur is a Taiwanese-American conductor, church musician, and pianist. He is currently the artistic director of Chamber Philharmonic Taipei, choirmaster of Immanual United Church of Christ, Indianapolis, and a doctoral conducting student at Indiana University.
